New Construction

When you are thinking of buying a home, new construction certainly has its lure:

• Shiny surfaces

• Brand new flooring

• Walls ready for your signature touch

• Appliances right off the truck!

And in some cases, you can choose your own custom lot, or customize the home with your preferred cabinet finishes and paint color.

And ahhhhh! Move-in ready with little maintenance and lower utility bills! So nice!

I have been an expert in new construction since 2009 and have worked with several area builders on individual projects. I know how builders work, the intricacies of the forms, plats, lots, timelines, financing, and builder warranties.  There may be more available than just what is on the MLS!

Don’t expect the builder or the listing agent to look out for your interests – they are there to get the home sold! You need an advocate, not associated with the project, to represent you, what you want, and what you need. I can work with you to write an offer on any new construction project in the area.
